The national football tournament took place in Ulla, Beshenkovichi District with the participation of women’s teams that train under the Special Olympics system. A center for professional and social rehabilitation of children with special needs was opened in the Lev Dovator Lyceum in Ulla in 2010. For many years students of the center have been represented Belarus in international Special Olympics competitions.

The football tournament is a joint project of the Presidential Sports Club and the Belarusian Special Olympics Committee.
