Over the past decade, all conditions for comfortable living have been created in Borovlyany, including many retail chains, public and private healthcare facilities, kindergartens, schools, and apartment buildings. There are plans to unite four settlements into one town: Borovlyany, Lesnoy, Leskovka, and Opytny. The total population will exceed 42,000 people.
