Belarusian MPs attend meeting of CIS IPA control and budget commission
MINSK, 19 October (BelTA) – Member of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of Belarus Valentina Nazarenko and Vitaly Vasyukov took part in a web-based meeting of the Control and Budget Commission of the CIS Inter-Parliamentary Assembly held in St. Petersburg, BelTA learned from the press service of the House of Representatives.
Vitaly Vasyukov said that the commission considered organizational issues both this year and for 2022 but focused on a package of financial and budgetary documents for 2021 and 2022 relating to the fulfillment of budgetary obligations by the CIS member states, their adjustment, estimates of revenues and expenses.
In addition, the commission discussed the amendments to the regulations on social payments to employees of the Secretariat of the Council of the CIS Inter-Parliamentary Assembly, the regulations on the CIS Youth Inter-Parliamentary Assembly and the financing of the international cultural and educational forum “Children of the CIS”.
